This policy outlines the content standards you must follow when using Plan2D AI's AI-powered services. By using our service, you agree to comply with all terms of this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
This policy applies to all AI-generated content produced through Plan2D AI's services, including:
This policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Plan2D AI uses the following AI model for floor plan recognition and 3D scene generation:
We may update or change the underlying AI model to improve service quality. Any such changes will be reflected in this policy.
Plan2D AI employs a multi-layered content moderation system to ensure user safety and compliance:
| Level | Description | Response |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Severe | CSAM, terrorism | Immediate block + law enforcement report |
| L2 High Risk | Deepfakes, hate speech | Block + account suspension |
| L3 Medium Risk | Copyright infringement, general violations | Warning + content removal |
| L4 Low Risk | Minor policy breach | Warning + edit required |
Plan2D AI strictly prohibits generating the following six categories of content. This list is exhaustive and non-negotiable:
Any sexual, explicit, or adult content. This includes AI-generated imagery depicting nudity, sexual acts, or any material that is pornographic in nature.
Any content depicting, promoting, or inciting extreme violence, gore, dismemberment, torture, or physical harm to people, animals, or property.
Any content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates discrimination, hatred, or violence against an individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Any content depicting, sexualizing, or exploiting minors in any way. This is a zero-tolerance violation. We actively scan for and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Any content that uses AI to impersonate real individuals, create deceptive likenesses, or produce synthetic media (images, video, audio) designed to mislead viewers about its source or authenticity. This includes generating content that falsely appears to depict real people without their consent.
Any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted architectural designs, patented furniture designs, trademarked brand names, or proprietary floor plan layouts. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they submit.
Beyond the six content categories above, you may not use Plan2D AI to:
