Welcome to Plan2D AI ("Plan2D AI", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including 2D floor plan to 3D model conversion, 3D scene generation, rendering, and related features, available at https://plan2d.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Plan2D AI provides an AI-powered platform that converts 2D floor plan images into 3D interior models. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
2.1 Service Nature: The Service is a digital, intangible product. Service access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as described in Section 7.
2.2 AI Model Dependency: The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek for AI processing. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. We will notify users promptly in case of significant disruptions.
3.1 Account Creation: Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

5.1 Automatic Renewal Authorization: When you provide a payment method and subscribe to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize Plan2D AI to charge your payment method periodically for the corresponding subscription fee. This periodic authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription per Section 6.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. For annual subscriptions, we will send a reminder before renewal.
5.2 Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we collect and remit these taxes.

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at billing@pandada.ai before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9.1 Output Content Ownership: Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted in Section 10.
9.2 Input Content License: When you submit content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant Plan2D AI a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency: The Service uses third-party AI model providers including DeepSeek. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 AI Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or be outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output Content before relying on it.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at https://plan2d.tech/privacy. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider Waffo, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
12.1 "As Is" Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
12.2 AI Output Disclaimer: ⚠️ AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
12.3 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plan2D AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or if required by law. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will prorate-refund any prepaid, unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@pandada.ai.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@pandada.ai to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plan2D AI.
